So, you're on a healing journey. I'm happy to help along the way by providing live sessions out of my office in Lutz, FL or virtual sessions via Zoom. Appointments can be requested via the forms on each of the respective sections on the 'Appointments' page.

I am an educator. During all of my sessions I  slip in lessons and resources Over the years, I have created a variety of classes and continue to teach live/online across the world. Yes, I can run your chart, assess your body, and use my experience to talk with you about what's going on, but there is always so much more to learn.

I am a successful business owner with sixteen+ years seeing clients. I am trained in Physical Therapy, Yoga, Herbalism, Energywork, Spiritual Development, and Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA). I have a bachelors of science degree in Behavioral Healthcare from USF and I am currently enrolled in USF's masters in counseling program.
